Refund Policy
1.1 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
All payments for EnvisionTech.ai or for services provided via Envision Tech are in GBP and are non refundable. You may cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all prior payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. Annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you choose to cancel your Envision Tech membership, you will lose access to all data within the app.envisiontech.ai ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, Envision Tech ecosystem Funnel and Website designs and Envision Tech Support Calls. Refunds will not be granted outside of these terms from the date of the initial purchase, for any reason.

1.2 SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENT
An Envision Tech user is responsible for paying all sums due in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription, in accordance with these Terms. Each calendar month or year, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable taxes for the upcoming billing period, along with any accrued charges from the prior period (collectively referred to as “Fees”). Failure to use any services offered by Envision Tech does not absolve the user from their payment obligations.
Payments may be made via credit or debit card. Payment information is securely collected through our encrypted financial data collection system. By subscribing, you agree that we may retain certain transaction details, such as the last four digits and expiration date of the card used, along with payment due dates. You also agree to recurring billing based on the specific terms of your selected service (e.g., monthly or yearly) and authorize us to automatically collect these payments unless the subscription is cancelled as outlined in these Terms.
1.3 FREE TRIAL
Envision Tech offers a 14-day free trial but please note that this is only applicable on our DIY software as a service (SaaS) packages and our Reputation Management done for you service. The 14-day free trial does not apply to any of our other services purchased outside of the (SaaS) ecosystem, which includes our custom SEO service, Voice Hero (done for you), custom web or funnel design service.
1.4 FAILED MONTHLY OR ANNUAL PAYMENTS
If you become delinquent on your payments, please note that your account—and any associated websites & funnels—will be deleted 7 days after the payment due date.
1.5 ACCESS TO ENVISION TECH ECOSYSTEM: INCLUDING DIGITAL ASSETS, FUNNEL BUILDS, AUTOMATIONS, AND TRAINING MATERIALS
With your membership to app.envisiontech.ai, you will receive access to exclusive Envision Tech-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel & Website related data tools. This access includes but is not limited to: Envision Tech funnel & website designs, Envision Tech emails, Envision Tech automations, and Envision Tech support calls—at no additional charge. All funnel & website designs and associated materials are trademarked and copyrighted by EnvisionTech.ai. These resources are for the exclusive use of current Envision Tech members only, but can of course be used by all members as white labelled with the Envision Tech branding removed.
All assets within the Envision Tech ecosystem are non-transferable to any other platform or external funnel or website builder. The use or sharing of Envision Tech training materials outside of your active membership is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Envision Tech support calls are available only to active members.
If you cancel your Envision Tech membership, you will lose access to all data and services within
app.envisiontech.ai, including, but not limited to, funnel, web designs and support calls.
