Question 1: Will I be locked into a contract?
No. At Envision Tech we would like our customers to pay us only if they get immense value from our software and services. For this reason, we do not want anyone to feel that they are locked in a contract without the ability to cancel. However, we have year plans available at a reduced cost of 20% on all of our plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. For year plans, you would have paid for the year in advance.
Question 2: Will there be any additional costs involved with Voice Hero (Voice AI)?
Voice Hero – Done-for-You Voice AI Service
Our Voice Hero package includes 500 minutes of Voice AI usage per month. Any additional minutes are charged at £0.13 per minute.
Please note that Voice Hero (done-for-you Voice AI) is different from the DIY Voice AI available with our Envision Tech Professional and Ultimate plans (see: envisiontech.ai).

For sure. Unlike a human receptionist, Voice Hero can handle multiple calls simultaneously. This means that Voice Hero will act as a team of receptionists saving you time and money.
Question 4: How does Voice AI know how to handle the phone calls precisely to represent my business accurately?
Voice Hero (Voice AI) can be easily trained by studying your website. This is possible by simply providing your website url and in addition we can of course feed the Voice AI specific FAQ questions and train the Voice AI in how to respond to your clients. Through smart prompts we can customize the main objective of the Voice AI e.g. to first establish the problem and to then collect contact details like name, surname, telephone number, email address, address etc. The next objective may be to schedule an appointment on the calendar or to perhaps transfer the call to a human, depending on the nature of the call. We can tailor Voice Hero's voice to match your audience and brand, also in terms of accent and feel, for example professional vs a more casual approach.
Question 5: Can Voice Hero schedule appointments on the calendar without any human intervention?
Yes, Voice Hero can certainly do so. This can happen in two ways. Either the client or customer mentions a specific day and time and Voice Hero can book the appointment automatically on the calendar and send out an appointment confirmation text and email. Alternatively, should the client request to check the calendar in person, then Voice Hero can send the client a text message or email with the calendar link, so they can have a closer look at the available times and then schedule their preference on the calendar.
Question 6: Can Voice AI handle multiple languages or only English?
Voice Hero currently supports seven languages with more languages to come soon. The languages that are supported are as follow: English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Dutch.

Certainly. Not only will Voice Hero add client details to your CRM and send out appointment confirmation text messages and emails on autopilot, but it will also book the appointment on the calendar without any human intervention.
Question 8: Will Voice AI conversations with clients be recorded and am I able to listen back to the recordings?
Yes, indeed. You will be able to listen back to the recorded conversations Voice AI had with your clients and you will be notified of this interaction via email or text.
Question 9: Will Voice AI conversations be recorded in the form of transcripts?
Not only will Voice AI audio recordings be provided, but also the transcript of each conversation will be emailed to the business owner. This will ensure that the business owner is in the loop at all times in regards to client interaction.
