Scenario 2:

You are not interested to conduct any of the work yourself to learn how our all-in-one software system works and you would like us to either provide you with a free visibility website or to build you a smart website. In this scenario you will also not need a hosting account, as we will build the website on our platform, host it for you and integrate automation capability, SMS + email marketing, AI features etc. In this scenario, we will however charge you on a monthly basis for hosting either your visibility or smart website on our platform and to continue to provide you with automations, AI , reputation management features etc.

If you have an existing website already built in a different ecosystem and you would like to keep your existing website, then of course you should not cancel your hosting account. Besides supporting our own ecosystem, the only other platform we currently support in terms of website hosting is WordPress. So if you have a WordPress website and you would like to migrate it to Envision Tech, then you are of course able to do so.

Note: You of course do not even need a website to utilize our software. There are loads of functionality that our software offers that can be utilized independently from having a website e.g missed call text back, reputation management, Voice AI, social planner etc. to name but a few.

Absolutely. Using your own custom domain will make you look a lot more professional online. You can however quickly get started without a custom domain, should you choose to do so, and you can at any time switch to your own custom domain. Although there are many reliable options out there, we recommend GoDaddy as your domain provider and the use of either GoDaddy or Cloudflare as your DNS solution.

Yes, we certainly can. The smart website software package can either be applied to a website that we built for you inside of our platform or a website you own in a different ecosystem. However, if your website is built in a different ecosystem, it will of course be slightly more complex to implement and depending on the platform it may not be possible to implement all features, but certainly the majority of the features.
